Right-click on the "Add to Guide" button directly above and choose "Add to Favorites" (near the bottom of the menu). Hit Yes if a Security Alert dialog pops up (it's safe, we promise), then Add the bookmarklet to your Links folder to have it appear in your Links bar.

When you are done, the "Add to Guide" button should be in place just like the image above.
Now, anytime you would like to add a restaurant to your guide from a website, just click the "Add to Guide" bookmarklet button to quickly add the restaurant(s) you want.
